Linden Vey Wins WHL scoring Title

Linden Vey managed an assist tonight bringing his point total to 116 points.

His closest WHL competitor is Spokane's Tyler Johnson. Johnson recorded 2 points against Portland tonight to put him 1 point behind Linen Vey.

Ridley mentioned the last Tiger to win the scoring title was Tom Lysiak in the 71-72 and 72-73 seasons.

Edit: Apparently Vey is also the CHL leading scoring as well. No player had more than 116 points. Although the OHL and QMJHL only play 68 games.
