Wins will be tough if we lost Bunz last night in the WHL-Russia game! Is there any word on his status?

Reading comments from Wheat king fans they feel we may have won the game had Bunz been in goal. Apparently Cameron wasn't very good.

I saw the game and Cameron did not play bad at all. Brandon is loaded with snipers. And the rookie has not seen much game time yet. Ya probably been a different turnout with Bunzy??? ... Tigers defense has not been very good. No matter who the goalie is IMO.
go tigers go.

Cameron let in a couple shaky goals. He made some nice saves but thier were probably 2 or 3 that he would have liked to have had back. But you cant expect the world from a goaltender who hasn't played in a while, playing against the best offensive team in the league.

IT was an entertaining game, and relying on your goaltender to win games is not really healthy for your teams improvement. Yea if bunz was in the Tigers mprobably would have won but you cant fault Cameron in this case.

Tiger Turf you say in your post that he let in 2 or 3 shakey goals but you can't blame him for the loss? As a backup you know you're not going to get a lot of starts unless there is an injury to the number one guy. It's up to him to stay sharp by working hard in practice and being ready when the call comes. As a backup you need to show the coaches that you can step up when needed or that tap on the shoulder won't be coming as often as you had hoped.

Haven't seen a push button goalie ever. Even Bunz was no tap shoulder your an ace in his rookie year. Where is that button, on the shoulder?
Anyhow I think the tigers need to build with the new guy's, support them more than slam them. Etem and Bunz and other not life time tigers.
Tigers staff build good players, no pixy dust used.

Another note, a little disappointed Tigers game unavailable webcast and no Ridley radio feed. Moose Jaw radio works, but not Ridley, they sure talking good of tigers rookies/4th line. Sounds like a good game 1 1 tie 2nd period.

Thanks Tiger turf for all your good work and updates, you da man, 4th liner.

Yeah I was disapointed that the web tv feed didnt work, especially after my feed last night was a slideshow for brandon. I guess Ridley called some of the game on his phone.

You can be mentally focused, but if you've only played 2 prior whl games and haven't played a game in 3 weeks you can see how you might be a little rusty on your timing?

I like Camerons quickness, and instincts he's just inexperienced at this point.

Hope bunzy can pull it of tonight? Or tigers are going to have to use cameron. Bunz has lost to the blades twice this year. Maybe time for a change?
It does not matter if tigers score goals. It only matters that the goalie can win it and make those look good.
Go Tigers go. Vets step up .
