Former Tiger Devan Dubyk Goes To Red Deer

The Rebels keep getting more bad news as thier #1 goaltender Patrik Bartosak is rumoured to be done for the season. He suffered an "upper body injury" in Swift Current.

The Rebels have picked up 20 year old Former Tiger Devan Dubyk who was playing for the Humboldt Broncos.

World Junoir Camp Update
Bunz stopped 3 of 4 shootout attempts. TSN says Bunz let in 1 goal on 28 shots, but I wondering if that was a typo for 18 shots?

"All four goaltenders played really well and I thought there was more jump than last night," Canada's head coach Don Hay said. "Obviously we'd like to see more goal scoring, but the goalies played really well.

First Cuts Tuesday Morning.

Looking more and more like Bunz will be there, doesn't hurt his chances that Pendergast (Hockey Canada's head scout) was a scout for the Oilers when they drafted Bunz.

Bunz is doing very well, would like to see him make the team and take the starting job from Visentin.

Not a typo. He made 27 saves on 28 shots including two 5 on 3 chances against him after he entered the game.

Something Just doesnt add up.

Game sheets say Bunz and Wedgewood faced a total of 32 shots.

Hockey Canada recap also says Wedgewood stopped 14 shots in the recap.

Doesnt really matter though, he played well and thats all that matters.
