Their offence isn't poor, they should have 2-6 guys hit the PPG mark. (Kallionkieli,Grieg,Reinhardt,Gutenberg,Burzan,McCartney)

Import Marcu Kallionkieli is a key addition. He was eligible for the AHL, but Brandon has announced he is coming over. Import Pick Firstov was a 2nd round NHL draft pick and as of writing this is not signed, but committed to the NCAA. It looked to be a "flyer" selection

After some reconsideration I think this lineup has the potential to be pretty dangerous. They have a pretty good top 6 with some mature veterans on the 3rd line and some youth entering the 4th lines. This group should be above average.

Notes:

Wyntinck will put up some offence but not as strong defensively. Schneider is a beast and could be a player to watch as a possible NHL 1st round draft pick. Nychuk and Iorio will probably be pretty good junior players, but they are still developing.

I could see this group as being a slight notch below average because they are still a bit young.

Notes:

Patera is an OA Import. There is a decent chance he could be sent back. If he is their goaltending should be strong. If he isn't I would say it would be relatively average, perhaps a notch under for their inexperience.

Suggests, that they may be in for a weaker season, but could have some decent younger kids.

Marcu Kallionkieli - Announced he is coming to play for Brandon

Vladislav Firstov - Committed to play NCAA unlikely he comes over

Jiri Patera - They will likely keep him if he comes back.

They currently have 3 OA's. Baron Thompson committed to Junior A

Initial Thoughts

I'm thinking 3rd place in their division. Their roster isn't a pushover, but I don't see them pushing for Home Ice potential unless there is a bundle of roster moves.

There is some volatility with their Imports. In general, I feel they're a bit young as their older vets are more of the depth player calibre. We'll see how the rest of the East goes.
